On Sunday, May 31, 2020, ICNA CSJ led and organized a protest in Miami, FL. We stand in solidarity with our African American brothers and sisters as the institutional systematic oppression of minorities continues to become more and more apparent in this country.

Other organizations such as Black Lives Matter and Dream Defenders also participated in the protest.

At the protest in Miami, there were some powerful and encouraging speeches given on this very pressing situation. You can watch the speeches on our Facebook page here.

ICNA CSJ’s hard work was mentioned in the Miami Herald newspaper, where the ICNA CSJ chairman Mohammad Asad was interviewed on current issues.
